Company History
Bower's Realty Property Management was founded in the late 1970's by Brad & Shirley Bower's. In 1993, the company was acquired by Roger Chandler, John Smajdek and Natalie Kreizinger with Monica Marquis coming on board as property manager in 1997. Monica Marquis has been in the property management field since 1991 and has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1994.
In January 2002, Bower's Property Management (a division of Bower's Realty) was purchased by La Casa Management, Inc., whose corporate officers were Monica Marquis and Earl Lewis. The name was changed to Park Place Realty and Asset Management.
In 2010, Monica & Earl dissolved their partnership and Monica continued on as Coastal Property Management & Realty.
Coastal Property Management & Realty will strive to continue the tradition of professional service that Monica is known for.
